Timmy's pitching blew them away (and won them
the game - 6 to 0 in the 5th - and is
recommended for possible selection for regionals
as best player on his team. |

Hey Brady,
Wyatt
was selected to the Blue (1st team) 9U
tournament team. Grant was selected to the Blue
(1st team) 8U tournament team. They both play
this weekend in different tournaments. Thanks so
much for all of your work with them - it really
makes a difference. |

Since your lesson last Weds, Jared has gone 5
for 9 in three games. The game on weds night,
Jared got up in the bottom of the 6th (last
inning), with runners at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out and
they were down to the best team in the league
4-3. Jared hit the first pitch right past the
shortstop and had the winning hit! It was a
great moment for him. He really needed an at bat
like that. The difference has been that he on
that last at bat, he adjusted his grip, choked
up on the bat (like you had showed him) and
he has been on the ball ever since (with the him
choking up on the bat). Your working with him
last Weds helped him so much. I can't thank you
enough. That's one of the reason's that I want
him working with you. To get the basics of
baseball down. |

Brady, thank
you so much for your time, effort and dedication
to coaching our kids and improving their
skills. It is so appreciated by the kids, Maria
and me. You have done a phenomenal job with
both of them and I can't thank you enough. |

Stevie and Timmy were also rejuvinated. Stevie
is throwing WAY faster pitches with zero loss of
accuracy! (teammates and coaches alike are
amazed) Solid outfield hits every at-bat. Nice.
Timmy is also crediting Coach Brady for his
recent hitting and fielding success. So it was
really fun, after the second lesson, for Timmy
to be smashing triples and fielding calm, cool
double-plays the next couple of games. He was
really proud, saying "I remembered what Coach
Brady said about....."..."...and I totally did
it!" |

Here’s an update on Jared’s game since you
worked with him. The game on Thursday, he got a
hit (not much power…but a shot down 3rd
base line)…a walk and he stuck out. On Saturday
he had two nice hits and a walk. He was using
the batting stance you taught him. (better
posture, no slumping over) and he had more
power. He also closed out the game pitching and
did very well. They had a couple of hits against
him, but he struck out two batters. The coaches
were impressed with his delivery. You have
already had an effect on his playing and would
like to continue the lessons for the future |

.......
do the routine Brady taught you, take your
time, relax, don't kill it, just watch it come
in......BAM! Home Run! No Errors, no one on
base. Okay, we are happy but realistic. Miracles
do happen. Next at bat.....Solid Triple!....no
errors! Next at bat...Solid Hit -- potential
double -- excellent fielding hold it at first!
Final at bat. walked by a ringer throwing 100
mph fast balls. Also did an awesome job
pitching and catching. Received the game
ball. Game of his life...At any rate he was so
stoked.

Coach from Metro Little League - 2008 |

Hi Brady,
You came and did a ASA
session with us at Ponderosa Park this season. I
wanted to thank you for the effort you made, and
let you know that we adopted your
throwing/catching and infield drill. We called
it Brady Ball for the rest of the season.
In the regular season,
after losing our first 3 games, we were 13-5,
and came in second out of four teams. In the
tournament. we were 3-1. We won the Metro Minor
TOC Championship. Brady Ball was a huge part of
our success, so thanks. In fact, there was a
team called the Marlins that went 16-2 in the
regular season. Their only two losses were to us
by a total of three runs.
In the tournament, they
were first seed, and we sent them to the loser
bracket in the second round in a continuation
game that ended 12-11 after 7. They came back
from the loser bracket, and beat us to force a
last game, and we dispatched them 10-9. So we
were the only team to beat them all season - 4
games by a total of 5 runs......
The bottom line is that Brady Ball rules, so all
these kids have many thanks. I think you should
consider putting in an appearance at our
season-ending party, probably on 7/12. I'll keep
you in the loop if you want to drop by.
Anyway....... |

Brady,
The A's won the championship last night. Just
wanted to share the news. My son hit a single
and a double. His hitting has improved so much
after meeting with you. I would love to set
something up for the summer. Let me know what
your schedule looks like with your new job.
Thanks! |
