We do player development

When bradyball does a player assessment there are 5 areas we look at. We will rank them in all 5 categories and list their strengths and weaknesses. Then put together a action plan to develop the five tools.

We like to address a players weakness first. We believe that a player should work on their weaknesses to make sure they become a more well rounded player.

In today's game great baseball players are know as five-tool player. All players perform these skills, but very few do so at a high level and on a consistent basis. Most successful players have a couple of these tools, but only a few have the total package.
